To enter the facilities you will need to be registered ahead of the meeting. These are the deadlines:
US Citizens: 3-5 days out
Foreign Nationals (or dual citizens): 30 days.
Foreign Government: takes longer, if there is anyone in this category.
NRL employees: do not have to submit.
