Meeting
The meeting will be held at NCAR's Mesa Lab in the Damon Room (1850 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, Co 80305). Here is a link to a map of all of NCAR's Boulder locations.

We have courtesy room rates at the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn at the government rate of $131 (exclusive of applicable state and local taxes). The hotels are right next to each other in Boulder.

The meeting is on the 17-18 April but the discounted rates are being honored for the dates of April 15th, 2019 through April 20th, 2019. The cut-off date of March 16th, 2019.
Under this agreement, rooms and rates are based solely upon hotel availability: As a result, NO rooms are actually being held for us so please book early.

Please note:
Cancellation policy: Rooms must be cancelled with a cancellation number obtained by 6pm two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee (one night's room rate + tax). If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest fails to arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee will be applied (one night's room rate + tax).
Early departure fee: changes in a guest's date of departure AFTER check-in may result in an Early Departure fee of $75.00 and/or the room rate is subject to change as discounts may have been offered because of the longer stay pattern originally proposed.
Parking: There is off road parking. The hotel offers both valet and self-parking. Current prices for the group: daily charges are: valet: $23.00, self: $12.00
