  • Label every contribution, including comments. However, do not proliferate labels.
  • If there is a particularly valuable piece of information that you feel should be made more permanent, feel free to contact the admin for suggestions, including making the contribution a sticky, adding a knowledge base article or a how-to article.
  • Feel free to voice your questions, comments and ideas.
  • If an entirely new area of discussion is warranted, it may be possible to develop a dedicated forum for it.
