Hello! I talked to a few people about Quarto+GitHub for writing open documentation. I gave a talk last year about Documenting Things: Openly for Future Us that describes tips for writing open documentation and then describes how we've approached it for NASA Openscapes and other groups. We've used it for documentation of all kinds: onboarding, software, tutorials, websites, slides. I wanted to share here if it would be useful for others:
