What's Happening: | To facilitate the planned retirement of CMR's Legacy Services codebase, Order Management and Object CRUD functionality is being migrated to CMR Core. In addition, ECHO Tokens are being retired and replaced with Launchpad and Earthdata Login (EDL) tokens. Once Legacy Services is retired, users and clients will be required to use CMR Core. |

Timeline: | To avoid disruption of CMR operations, users and clients should migrate away from using Legacy Services no later than March 2023. The CMR team will be reaching out to providers during PI 23.1 to test disabling Legacy Services endpoints, including ECHO tokens, in UAT to prepare for retirement in Production. More details on this test will be forthcoming. |
