I'm a developer at NSIDC and we're building a tool to work with tagging in support of work creating/using virtual collections - I'd like to get access/account permissions to create tags (in the UAT environment) for my account and an application account. Previous threads suggest getting access should involve a request to CMR operations (Getting permission to create tags), is that still accurate and if so, how do I submit a request to them?
