In October 2019, LPDAAC disabled support in Earthdata Search for `Stage for Delivery` or `Customized Download` for the collections that can be downloaded directly from the LPDAAC data pool. This was following the desired approach from the order management deprecation working group, CMR Order Management Deprecation.

The Earthdata Search team has received Kayako tickets from users encountering issues with this service being disabled. Below is a list of those tickets:
- 99592 - unable to uses GDEM ASTER V003: This user could not download ASTER data in a custom format.
- 99633 - Modis Products Geotiff: This user could not download MODIS products in a Geotiff format.
- 100119 - unless i'm doing something wrong this is pretty sucky
- 100127 - Customize is not working in V006 for most MODIS layers!
- 101504 - I cant find a way to process the images before I download them
- 101675 - retrieve LAI 4 day 500 m to geotiff
- 101974 - Spatial subsetting option for MODIS LST 1km data unavailable
- 102467 - Customize data outputs
