Please let LANCE know if you plan to attend using the registration form.

The Naval Research Laboratory will host the meeting at their campus in Monterey.  To enter the facilities you will need to fill out the NRL Visit Request Form ahead of the meeting. 

The deadlines for submitting NRL visit request forms are:

• US Citizens: 3-5 days out
• Foreign Nationals (or dual citizens): 30 days.
• Foreign Government: takes longer, if there is anyone in this category.
• NRL employees: do not have to submit

When completing the form please note:

• Purpose of visit: “NASA LANCE User Working Group meeting hosted at NRLMRY”
• Authorizing official: Someone from the visitor’s organization. Visit requests to NRLMRY must be signed by someone from the visitor’s organization indicating they are aware of the visit.
