The ESDIS project is in the process of gathering and registering Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for products supported by EOSDIS. Currently only data products supported by NASA are being registered.
The ESDIS project uses EZID (http://ezid.cdlib.org) to register DOIs for EOSDIS earth data products. The DOIs assigned are listed by Data Provider here on the Earthdata Collaboration Environment
