Description
First name of the individual which the contact role (producer, archiver, distributor,or data originator) applies. People are points of contact, rather than organizations, in cases where the association of the person to the data set is moresig-nificant than the association of the organization to the data set. They may also be included if both a single person and organization are provided as points of contact.
