What's new in this release:

This release introduces data subscriptions into Earthdata Search. Users can now subscribe to be notified via email when new granules matching a saved query is available by clicking on the notification bell on the granules panel.

• [EDSC-2923] - As a user, I would like to create a CMR subscription for a collection using my existing search parameters from the granules panel
• [EDSC-2924] - As a user, I would like to see all CMR subscriptions I have created
• [EDSC-2929] - As a user, I would like to delete a CMR subscription I have created
