Visualization Layer Catalog Updates

The GIBS "Layer Catalog" is the set of visualization layers that are available through the GIBS access services.  A "layer" is a specific visualization of a science parameter from an associated dataset/collection. GIBS layers are considered either Near Real-Time, Standard, or Static depending on the delivery latency.  The following table provides an overview of the changes made to the GIBS layer catalog within this reporting period.
